Super Bowl LI Nets $347 million for the Greater Houston Economy

The 2017 Super Bowl brought in $347 million to greater Houston’s economy, according to a new report released May 25 commissioned by the Houston Super Bowl Host Committee.  The 2017 Super Bowl study, conducted by Rockport Analytics, estimates that more than $428 million in gross spending occurred in the roughly two weeks around the Super Bowl. That includes spending by the 150,000 estimated visitors in town for the big game, as well as event, game and broadcast operations and spending.  Learn more.
